Jason has had a notable career as an entrepreneur, investor, and CEO. Jason was previously the Managing Director and founding member of Koch Disruptive Technologies (KDT), the multi-billion dollar venture and growth arm of Koch Industries. Jason was personally responsible for building out the world-wide network and sourced many top investments. He is also a 2X CEO and founder of software companies. When he is not in the trenches with entrepreneurs, he can be found coaching his 3 kids, loving his wife, supporting various ministries or working out.
David was previously Founder and Managing Partner of Hawk Equity, which invested hundreds of millions of dollars in private growth technology companies. Prior to Hawk, David was at Glade Brook Capital Partners, Providence Equity and Citi Investment Banking. David lives in New York with his wife and three sons, is active in Redeemer Presbyterian Church, and is an avid golfer, outdoorsman, and Texas Longhorns fan.
Scott has a seasoned career helping businesses grow through investments, strategic partnerships, and operational excellence. Before joining Highmount, he was a general counsel, executive, and senior leader at Koch Industries for 25 years where he played a vital role in the success of many of its businesses around the world. Scott is passionate about investing in his family and mentoring young men, primarily about their faith, relationships, and careers.
Ben most recently worked with David Hawkins at his prior firm Hawk Equity. Before that, Ben was on the investment teams at SoftBank and Silver Lake, where he focused on enterprise software, B2B fintech, and tech-enabled services. Ben started his career at Blackstone in investment banking and holds a BA from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated as a Baker Scholar. He lives in New York City with his wife and enjoys travel, skiing, and cooking.
Jack is a technology, finance and independent film entrepreneur. His current primary role is as Managing Director at Peter Thiel’s family office, Thiel Capital, in Los Angeles. As a “PayPal Mafia” member, Jack co-founded, along with Peter, Clarium Capital Management, a macro hedge fund after selling PayPal to EBay in October 2002.
